Paragon Group is one of the largest conglomerate in the country, is looking for dynamic and experienced individuals for Branding & Marketing for its FMCG business.
Assist in developing and reviewing branding policies/SOPs and promotional action plans.
Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards for management.
Manage relationships with agencies, vendors, and stakeholders.
Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
Support budget preparation, monitoring, and cost control.
Develop brand strategy and creative assets (logo, packaging, signage, print materials).
Handle media communications (electronic, print, outdoor, indoor).
Execute consumer activation, events, social media, digital marketing, PR, CSR, and merchandising campaigns.
Conduct market research to track and anticipate customer trends.
Set and achieve targets for brand awareness and customer engagement.
Perform any other assignments as directed by superiors.
Age 35 to 42 years Negotiation and communication skill.Deadline meet up.Honest & dedicated with positive approach.Smart, energetic and polite in manner with positive personality.Pro-active, independent and result oriented.Candidates having minimum 10 yrs experienced in branding and market development (including 3 yrs in Managerial position) with reputed FMCG Companies are highly encouraged to apply.
