Job Description

Manage day-to-day factory administration, including facilities, security, canteen, and housekeeping
Ensure compliance with local regulations (labor laws, factory acts, safety standards) and maintain all necessary licenses and permits
Lead workplace safety initiatives and coordinate with security for access control and incident reporting.
Oversee office and general supplies inventory, ensuring timely replenishment
Coordinate with internal departments (production, HR, stores) to support their administrative needs.
Organize company events, meetings, and training sessions within the factory.
Conduct regular audits of administrative processes and implement cost-control measures.
Assist in developing administrative policies and support process automation tools.
Prepare compliance reports for senior management
