Head of Auto Loan (Senior Manager-AVP)

• Develop and implement the Auto Loan business strategy in alignment with the company`s overall business goals.

• Lead and manage the nationwide Auto Loan sales team to achieve business targets and market expansion objectives.

• Drive portfolio growth through customer acquisition, dealer engagement, and channel development initiatives.

• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, customer segments, and distribution channels.

• Achieve disbursement, revenue, profitability, and portfolio growth targets while maintaining asset quality.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with automobile dealers, showrooms, distributors, corporate clients, and strategic partners.

• Design and execute promotional campaigns, sales initiatives, and partnership programs to enhance business sourcing.

• Monitor portfolio performance, delinquency trends, PAR, and NPL levels, and implement effective risk mitigation strategies.

• Collaborate with Credit, Operations, Collections, Risk Management, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless business execution.

• Develop, review, and enhance Auto Loan products and processes based on market trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and risk management guidelines.

• Prepare and present periodic business performance reports, market intelligence, and strategic recommendations to senior management.

Age At least 33 years Minimum 10 years of experience in Retail Lending, Auto Finance, Consumer Finance, Leasing, or related financial services.At least 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role managing Auto Loan, Retail Asset, or Consumer Finance businesses.Proven track record in business development, portfolio management, credit assessment, dealer relationship management, and collection oversight.Strong understanding of the automobile financing market, dealer ecosystem, customer acquisition strategies, and retail lending operations.Demonstrated leadership capability in managing large sales teams and delivering sustainable business growth.
