· Collect and maintain Azure licensing information.
· Support hybrid identity environments.
· Provide physical support for critical Windows-related incidents.
· Handle emergency troubleshooting and firefighting activities.
· Support deployment of Group Policies requested by business units.
· Assist email administration teams when required.
· Coordinate with software and hardware vendors.
