The Analyst - Operations & Supply Chain Controlling is responsible for monitoring and controlling financial performance within operations and supply chain functions. This is a key role focused on execution, detailed financial analysis, cost controlling, and process excellence supporting strategic decisions through data-driven insights across factory, logistics, and procurement operations.
What You Will Do
Monitor and report on operational KPIs - cost, productivity, and efficiency for assigned factory, distribution hub, or business unit; identify variances and anomalies.
Conduct financial analysis and variance reporting for supply chain and logistics initiatives; support Group ACI`s logistics P&L forecasting and budget cycles.
Compile data and prepare materials for monthly S&OP meetings; translate approved forecasts into production and inventory planning inputs.
Manage inventory records, execute stock reconciliation, and monitor aging and obsolescence risks using established tools.
Track cost-saving initiatives and supplier performance metrics in close coordination with the Procurement team.
Support evaluation of procurement decisions and investment business cases with commercial and financial analysis.
Maintain data accuracy in digital systems (route optimization, real-time inventory tools) and support internal control compliance and audit documentation.
What You Bring
Hands-on experience in operations finance, product costing, supply chain controlling, or management accounting within FMCG or manufacturing.
Strong analytical skills with ability to perform variance analysis, cost-benefit assessments, and budget monitoring independently.
Proficiency in SAP or Oracle ERP; advanced Excel is a must.
Sound understanding of inventory management, S&OP cycles, and internal control frameworks.
Good communication and cross-functional coordination skills across Finance, Procurement, Logistics, and Operations.
Reports to: Head of Operations & Supply Chain Controlling
2-5 years of experience in operations finance, supply chain controlling, costing, or management accounting within FMCG, pharmaceuticals, or manufacturing.Experience in FMCG, Manufacturing, or Pharmaceutical industries will be preferred.
