Develop and implement effective sales strategies based on the market trend
Ensure coaching and motivating the team time to time to achieve sales targets across all regions
Prepare sales forecasts on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
Monitor and analyze sales progress, identify the limitations and take proper steps accordingly
Analyze customer behavior, competitor products and services, market trend and recommend appropriate strategies accordingly
Analyze field force performance
Identify new potential markets and sales opportunities
Ensure effective marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness among customers
Build and maintain networks with potential customers and business partners
Ensure compliance of organization rules and policies
Develop sales team and channel distribution for assigned group of products
Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the respective authority
Education and Experience will be relaxed for the potential Candidates5 years’ managerial experience in seed or pesticide business, or related fields will be given preferenceKnowledge on trade marketing, product knowledge, production process, supply and chain management, financial management, Business Operations, Policy development, Strategic planning, Feasibility study, preparation of Sales targets and people managementRequired skills: Advanced level of Communication, Analytical ability, Problem solving, Monitoring tools and techniques, Reporting, Presentation skillSolution driven, smart, approachable and possesses ability to work with people from different backgrounds
