Job Description

Manage area-wise sales targets, formulate Field Force incentives, monitor expenses, and submit tour programs to the supervisor.
Conduct performance evaluations and lead monthly sales meetings.
Implement effective credit management strategies to optimize business performance.
Plan and execute sales activities to achieve objectives, including product launches and promotional campaigns.
Collect and analyze market data to provide strategic recommendations for market growth.
Motivate team members and deliver on-the-job training to enhance skills.
Develop accurate sales forecasts and maintain optimal inventory levels.
Establish strong networks with traders and end-users to expand market presence.
Conduct regular visits to distributors and customers to provide support.
Create strategic sales plans to capitalize on regional opportunities and minimize credit risks.
Ensure compliance with after-sales service policies.
Mentor field officers through leadership initiatives and targeted training programs.
Monitor competitor activities and maintain effective communication between customers and management.
Resolve sales-related issues through cross-departmental coordination.
Support marketing initiatives, evaluate trade activities, and innovate promotional strategies.
