Job Description

S/he will perform duty at the reception/OPD of SMC Diagnostic and Consultation Centre.
S/he will assist Doctors/Consultants and Sonologist for service delivery especially for doing Ultrasonogram, ECG and X-Ray services.
S/he will counsel clients in a non-judgmental way and maintain confidentiality.
S/he will be supportive, empathic and respectful to the clients with strict adherence to counseling ethics.
S/he will ensure to register all clients in clinic software.
S/he will ensure appropriate and confidential forms, files recording and system and where necessary make appropriate referral.
S/he will have to maintain proper documentation and records of all services and will generate necessary reports as per requirements of the clinic.
S/he will ensure quality and sustainability of the clinic.

Job Requirements

Age At most 35 years At least 3 years Diploma in Paramedic Course completed from recognized institutionMaximum 35 years of age (may be relaxed for highly experienced candidates)At least 3 years of experience in clinical practice, assisting with outpatient consultations and investigations in a private clinic or hospitalPatient counseling, client support and front desk customer management skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsRecord keeping and documentation skillsFamiliar with operating clinic management softwareExcellent computer skills in MS Office application suite
