The HUB - Neuroscience & Psychiatry Hub Ltd. The Coordinator, Administration serves as the on-site focal point for all support function activities at The HUB Neuroscience & Psychiatry Hub Ltd. The role is responsible for coordinating and executing operational tasks across four key support domains-Human Resources (HR), Information Technology (IT), Audit & regulatory, and Procurement & asset management (Admin)-in close alignment with the respective functional departments at Head Office. The incumbent ensures that The HUB`s day-to-day support operations run efficiently, comply with organisational policies, and are seamlessly integrated with Head Office systems, processes, and reporting requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate all day-to-day support functions of The HUB including HR, IT, administration, audit, and regulatory activities in collaboration with Head Office departments/ Sajida Hospital, Keranigonj.
Act as the primary liaison between The HUB and Head Office teams (HR, IT, Audit, Regulatory, Procurement, and Asset Management) to ensure smooth communication and operational coordination.
Support recruitment, onboarding, attendance management, leave records, staff welfare, performance evaluation, and HR documentation for staff.
Coordinate IT-related activities including troubleshooting, asset management, system implementation, user support, and communication with the Head Office IT team and HMIS/CRM/ Sales App vendor.
Complete regulatory works (license, MoU, Agreements, routine visits and liaison with regulatory officials), Assets management and procurement.
Coordinate internal and external audit activities and ensure compliance with organisational policies, regulatory requirements, and operational SOPs.
Support admin coordinator in administrative operations including facility management, housekeeping, security, inventory, store management, vendor coordination, transportation, and utility services.
Ensure proper maintenance of administrative, HR, IT, and compliance records in an organised and audit-ready manner.
Support the Head of Operations in preparing reports, meeting documentation, operational reviews, and cross-functional coordination activities.
