Deputy Manager Assistant Manager (SCM)

Job Description / Responsibility

• Co-ordinate to organize Process Co Ordination Meeting monthly basis to determine final & agreed Consensus Demand plan with the presence of Production Unit, Foreign & Local Purchase Department, Sales and Brand Department.
• Ensure & monitor sales forecast /demand plan with full year activity calendar with close coordination with related concern of Sales, Production and Brand Department.
• Organize & monitor by follow up meeting with all production unit regarding raw, packing & other material requirement plan against the final & agreed consensus demand plan.
• Co-ordinate to Organize, monitor all production unit to production plan as per the material requirement plan & purchase plan.
• Regular liaison with production unit to keep information & resolution of issue related to production to ensure effective production. New project implementation required.
• Ensure procedures for efficient and correct raw/packing/finished goods stock to ensure optimum inventory for timely distribution to concern.
• Efficient measurement of forecast variance, material requirement variance, production variance and sales order variance between actual achievement and forecast planning for optimizing future over stock or out of stock risk and deciding capacity enhancement measurement whenever required.
