Job Description

Manage credit risk analysis and credit administration in compliance with the Bank’s credit policy guidelines.
Review and analyze loan proposals and assess clients’ financial condition, creditworthiness, and associated risks.
Recommend approval or rejection of loan applications based on detailed risk assessment.
Prepare credit proposals and recommend suitable debt structures for approval.
Calculate and interpret financial ratios, credit scores, and lending terms.
Monitor existing loan portfolios and ensure proper follow-up for renewals and recoveries.
Maintain updated records of loan applications and related documentation.
Prepare and submit all required statements and reports to concerned authorities within stipulated timelines.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Prepare and process financial spreadsheets, MIS, and credit-related reports efficiently

Job Requirements

Age At least 25 years Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsSound understanding of financial statements and risk assessment techniques.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Customer-focused mindset with relationship management capability.Proficiency in MS Excel and other financial analysis tools.
