Job Description

Extensive field visit within designated geography to identify potential clients and build a strong customer base.
Explain and promote our financial products and services to the market.
Develop and maintain positive relationship with clients.
Achieve business target and contribute to the growth of the department.
Ensure all operational procedures of the company related to credit approval, loan documentation, disbursement, collection and other services to the client.
Ensure any other ad-hoc (non-regular) responsibilities given by your line manager time to time.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Job Requirements

Age 21 to 45 years Graduation/ post-graduation from any reputed public/ private university in any discipline; having no third class/division in academic record. Finance and Banking, Marketing, Management graduates would be preferredMinimum 02 yearsʼ experience in Bank/NBFI, with at least 01 year experience in Sales
