Merchandiser-Merchandising & Marketing

Job Purpose

To manage buyer orders from development to shipment, ensuring timely delivery, quality compliance, customer satisfaction and effective coordination with buyers and internal teams.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Handle buyer inquiries and maintain professional communication with existing and potential buyers.

• Prepare cost sheets, quotations and product pricing.

• Coordinate with buyers, production, planning, sourcing, quality, and commercial teams to ensure smooth order execution.

• Follow up on sample development, approvals and order confirmations.

• Monitor order status from development to shipment.

• Ensure timely sourcing of fabrics, trims and accessories.

• Prepare and maintain merchandising reports and documentation.

• Track production progress and ensure on-time delivery.

• Resolve merchandising and production-related issues in coordination with relevant departments.

• Maintain compliance with buyer requirements and company policies.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.Sound knowledge of garments merchandising processes.Good understanding of fabrics, trims, costing and production planning.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Good command of English, both written and spoken.
