Job Description

Job Purpose

Lead the Brand Marketing Department by developing and implementing branding, marketing, communication, and promotional strategies to strengthen the company's brand image, increase market share, support sales growth, and ensure effective brand positioning across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute overall brand and marketing strategies.

  • Build and maintain a strong brand identity and corporate image.

  • Prepare annual marketing plans, budgets, and promotional calendars.

  • Lead ATL, BTL, and digital marketing campaigns.

  • Develop product launch and go-to-market strategies.

  • Manage advertising, media planning, and agency relationships.

  • Oversee social media, website, digital campaigns, SEO, and online branding.

  • Plan dealer engagement programs, trade marketing activities, and promotional events.

  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights.

  • Support the Sales team with branding, promotional materials, and marketing initiatives.

  • Monitor marketing performance, campaign effectiveness, and ROI.

  • Develop corporate communication, public relations, and media relations.

  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.

  • Manage marketing vendors, agencies, and external partners.

  • Prepare and control the departmental marketing budget.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the Brand Marketing team.

  • Establish departmental KPIs and monitor team performance.

  • Coordinate with Sales, Production, Finance, HR, and other departments.

  • Organize exhibitions, product launches, dealer conferences, and corporate events.

  • Identify new market opportunities and branding initiatives.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and branding guidelines.

  • Perform any other responsibilities assigned by Management.

 

Experience Requirements

  • 10–15 years of experience in Brand Marketing, Corporate Marketing, or Strategic Marketing.

  • Minimum 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.

  • Experience in the tyre, automotive, manufacturing, FMCG, or industrial sector will be preferred.

  • Professional certification in Brand or Digital Marketing will be an added advantage.
