- Oversee day-to-day pump operation activities, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted functioning of all systems.
- Establish short-term and long-term growth plans aligned with company vision.
- Drive a performance-driven culture with clear KPIs and accountability.
- Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial targets.
- Optimize pricing, cost structures, and margins.
- Establish service network and support systems.
- Ensure strong customer satisfaction and retention.
- Develop AMC/service-based revenue streams.
