Assistant Manager - Health & Safety -ACSL

· Develop Occupational health, safety & Environment awareness within people of the industries. 

· Prepare HSE training calendar to educate people on health, safety & Environment (HSE) perspective.

· Maintain interdepartmental coordination on HSE matters within all the department on the industries.

· Coordinate Walk-Through- safety Committee (WTSC) for identifying & rectifying major HSE difficulties.

· Handle plant & people incidental & accidental case with close coordination of the respective departments.

· Assist HOD-HR in respect of executing policies, Procedure, standard operating practice for Ensuring HSE.

· Ensuring PPE Following Guidelines and make it updates entire fire safety equipment’s with close coordination of admin.

·Take protective initiatives with the help security personnel/Fighting team in case of occupational incident and/or accident occurred.

· Organizing & Leading HSE activities & initiatives Following HSE works schedule.

·Other Initiatives: Have to ensure HSE Project implementation by deadline from your end.

· Perform any other duties assigned by the line manager time to time.

· To Develop professional behavior, personal hygiene, table manners, and cleanliness among all officers and workers through regular awareness, training, and monitoring initiatives.

· NEBOSH Construction Certificate
