Assist in maintaining and updating employee records, personnel files, and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
Support the recruitment and selection process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate communications, and preparing interview documents.
Assist in onboarding and orientation activities for newly joined employees.
Prepare, organize, and maintain HR-related documents, including appointment letters, job offers, confirmation letters, transfer letters, and other employee correspondence.
Maintain proper filing systems for both physical and digital HR documents.
Collaborate with HR team members and other departments to complete assigned projects and routine activities.
Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and HR communication materials using MS Office applications.
Support HR branding initiatives by creating basic visual materials using Canva or Photoshop (if required).
Support HR events, training sessions, and employee engagement initiatives.
Perform any other HR or administrative responsibilities assigned by the supervisor.
