Job Context

Meghna Group of Industries (MGI), a prominent conglomerate in Bangladesh, is currently seeking a dynamic individual to join their IT department in the role of Assistant Manager or Deputy Manager-SAP Basis Administrator. This position will be responsible for the technical aspects of managing and maintaining SAP systems to ensure their optimal performance, reliability and security. This incumbent will report to department head.

Job Responsibilities

Align integration initiatives with business objectives by developing and executing a strategic integration roadmap.
Ensure consistency across enterprise systems by overseeing integration architecture aligned with overall IT strategy.
Deliver successful integration outcomes within timelines and resources by managing end-to-end integration projects aligned with business goals.
Maintain structured and efficient project delivery by overseeing planning, execution and post-implementation reviews.
Improve SAP system performance and reliability by driving optimization initiatives using innovative solutions.
Ensure system stability and minimize disruptions by managing upgrades, patches and changes with strong security governance.
Maintain high availability and efficiency of integration systems by overseeing and optimizing the SAP Process Integration / Process Orchestration (PI/PO) landscape, configuration.
Enhance integration effectiveness and system reliability by providing expertise in integration patterns, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

Minimum of 4 years of experience in SAP Administration.Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C#, VB.Net). Deep understanding in Technologies like BAPI, RFC, IDOC, SAP PI and ABAP Programming.Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Effective communication and collaboration skills.Demonstrated ability to adapt to evolving technologies and business needs.
