Plaza Manager

Jamuna Electronics & Automobiles Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and experienced Plaza Manager (PM) to manage overall showroom (plaza) operations, sales performance, and team leadership to ensure business growth and excellent customer service.

Job Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for managing day-to-day showroom (plaza) operations;

• Achieve assigned sales targets of electronics & automobile products;

• Supervise, guide, and motivate sales & support staff;

• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints effectively;

• Monitor inventory control, stock movement, and product display;

• Ensure proper cash handling, billing, and daily sales reporting;

• Coordinate with Head Office regarding sales, stock, and operational issues;

• Maintain showroom discipline, cleanliness, and brand image;

• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and safety standards, &

• Prepare and submit regular operational and performance reports.

Age 25 to 40 yearsOnly Male Strong leadership and people management skills;Excellent communication and customer handling ability;Sales-oriented mindset with analytical capability;Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, POS/ERP systems);Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
