To continue the business growth and sustainability, we are looking for suitable job incumbent who will be responsible to lead and manage nationwide credit recovery operations, ensuring timely collection of overdue receivables, minimizing credit losses, and maintaining asset quality through strategic recovery planning, team leadership, and cross-functional coordination.

Job Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end credit operations for mercantile financing at ACI Motors, encompassing loan assessment, approval, disbursement, and ongoing monitoring of customer repayment behavior.

Oversee dealer credit facilities, including credit limit setting, stock financing arrangements, and periodic review of dealer performance and overall exposure.

Ensure timely recovery of outstanding balances and maintain robust control over credit risk across all financing portfolios.

Manage strategic partnerships with banks, NGOs, and financial institutions to secure reliable financing channels, supporting continuous credit flow and ensuring smooth vehicle financing operations at ACI Motors.

Evaluate and process credit proposals for dealers, corporate clients, and individual customers in alignment with ACI Motors` credit policies.

Conduct thorough assessments of new customers through financial analysis, background verification, and comprehensive risk evaluation.

Monitor receivables closely and ensure collections are executed within stipulated timelines.

Oversee cash flow management to sustain healthy liquidity across credit operations.
Develop, implement, and continuously refine credit policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and risk control frameworks suited to ACI Motors` business environment.

Maintain accurate and complete documentation, ensuring strict compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.

Coordinate effectively with Sales, Recovery, and Finance teams to facilitate smooth and efficient credit operations.

Proactively identify potential credit risks and implement timely mitigation strategies to protect ACI Motors` financial interests.

Coordinate with legal counsel to pursue recovery actions and resolve overdue or disputed accounts.

Conduct regular field visits to dealers and customers to assess operational conditions, verify records, and support informed credit management decisions.

Job Requirements

Age At least 35 years Minimum 12–15 years of experience in credit and recovery management, with significant exposure to the banking, insurance, and NGO sectors, and a well-established professional network across banks, NBFIs, NGOs, and law enforcement agencies.Strong knowledge of loan recovery laws, repossession procedures, and local market dynamics.Expertise in dealer financing, asset-based lending, and credit risk assessment. Excellent negotiation, communication, and decision-making skills.Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and portfolio tracking tools.
