Sr./Compliance Officer, ACI Motors

Job Context:

ACI Motors Limited is seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Officer to ensure proper monitoring of customer balances, payment records, and stock reconciliation. The role is responsible for maintaining internal control procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies, and supporting operational transparency across marketing and distribution functions.

Principal Accountabilities:

• Check balance, payment records of customers and company.

• Reconcile physical TMR with software record.

• Check delivered and undelivered stocks.

• Check account where payment and accounts are interchanged.

• Ensures compliance with established internal control procedures by examining records, reports, operating practices, and documentation.

• Communicates findings by preparing a final report; discussing findings with concern person.

• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

• Maintains internal control systems by updating programs and questionnaires; recommending new policies and procedures.

• Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
