Job Description / Responsibility

• Jamuna Group is looking for well experienced Official to work for the above position at Jamuna Future Park, Dhaka.
• A solid understanding of Shopping Centre Business.
• Formulate effective plans & systems to ensure smooth functioning of Marketing, Sales & Distribution, and Branding & Creative Skills for achieving desired business objective.
• Extensive experience in management of Commercial Assets.
• A comprehensive qualification in Business Management.
• Exceptional qualities relating to Teamwork, including Strategic Guidance, Staff Development, Coaching, Managing Performance, Administration, Reporting & Strong people management skills.
• Expert skills in the building and management of both internal and external relationships with shop owners, clients and team members, exceptional customer focus & driven to achieve targeted results.
• Development, implementation & direction of all Emergency and Safety Programs.
• Knowledge of Leases and leasing, accounting, budgeting & trial balance.
