Job Description / Responsibility
- To achieve targeted production and sales target as per the yearly budget.
- Physical check of the inventory to ensure accurate physical balance and minimum damage/loss.
- Examine plants for diseases, insects, wildlife damage, and weeds to protect the health of the plants
- To build a good relationship with the customer to promote sales, organize fair & other promotional activities to achieve sales targets
- Ensuring the productivity, welfare and administrative function. Monitoring the production process for minimizing the cost
- Any responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor
Educational Requirements
- The candidates must have graduation (Agriculture/ Forestry/ Marketing) or Diploma in Agriculture with minimum CGPA 2.5/2nd class/ division or equivalent result in all academic examinations from any reputed university.
