Job Description / Responsibility
- Responsible for driving sales, distribution and achieve SKU/ Unit wise sales & distribution target
- Appoint and maintain Distributors/ Dealers and ensure to collect orders from retail stores, Pharmacies, Institutions, etc
- Develop and maintain the business relationship with Modern Trade, Wholesalers as well as other channel members to perform as per business target
- Implement organisational policies & strategies to compete with competitors
- Monitor Trade marketing activities and ensure visibility in the market
- Ensure the money deposit against the orders before product delivery
- Preparation of report & submit to the Management
- Any responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor
Educational Requirements
- The candidate must have BBA/ MBA in any discipline with minimum CGPA 2.50 or 2nd class/ division or equivalent result in all academic examinations.
