Job Description / Responsibility
- Works with operating staff to planning and establish quality product production maintain procedures, standards and specifications
- Accomplishes quality assurance by orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees
- Develops quality assurance plans by conducting hazard analyses; identifying critical control points and preventive measures; establishing critical limits, monitoring procedures, corrective actions, and verification procedures
- Ensure proper and on-time investigation of irregularities and complaints and report on them to management with recommendations on corrective and preventive measures
- Conduct customer survey to appraise their requirements and satisfaction and recommend appropriate policies and stratetegis to improve their satisfaction level
- Liaising with production managers and staff to inform failed processes and corrective actions
- Updates job knowledge by studying trends in and developments in quality management; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations
- Prepares quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends including failed processes, stability studies, recalls, corrective actions, and re-validations
Educational Requirements
Candidates should have Bachelors/ Masters Degree in Marketing/ Accounting/ Public Administration/ MIS from any Govt. approved institute with minimum GPA or CGPA 2.50 or 2nd division/ class or equivalent result in all academic examinations
