Senior Executive/ Executive - Finance

Job Description / Responsibility

• Maintaining Accounting books, records and keeping register;
• To prepare monthly reports sending to HO.
• Follow all kinds of applicable rules policies and procedures to maintain appropriate financial activities.
• Prepare bank book and reconciliation statement thereon.
• Keeping security of all funds as well as important documents.
• Acting role as Bank signatory of Local office.
• Maintaining daily petty cash fund and banking transactions.
• Checking all bills and vouchers, ensuring approval before payment.
• Assist external & internal auditor to carry on audit.
• Acting role as a member of procurement committee.
• Responsible for reporting all projects in the respective location.
• Assist in preparing strategic planning, Budgeting & forecasting
• Ensure accountability and smooth functioning of financial transaction
• Responsibility to complete any other job assign by the supervisor.

Educational Requirements

• BBA/ MBA/ Masters in any discipline from the reputed university. (Preferably in Accounting)

Experience Requirements

1 to 2 year(s)

Job Requirements

• Age 22 to 31 years
• High level of communication and negotiation skill
• Excellent analytical ability
• Comfortable with extensive traveling
