To provide technical, strategic and administrative support and supervision to the Friendship health project staff (Paramedic, Nurse, SCA and Friendship Community Medic Aide etc.) at, upazila and community level.
To maintain close communication and collaboration with the MOHFW official at Upazila & Union level, other NGOs and Friendship floating Hospitals
To prepare monthly, quarterly and annual progress reports of the field
To prepare field level requisition (financial, medicine and logistics) and submit to Friendship district office
To undertake any other assignment given by the Friendship Management
Programme strategies and implementation
Access to basic primary health care for underserved populations in char and islands
Satellite clinics through mobile team (paramedic and SCA) in remote strategically located places
Established community based health services network through FCM.
Access to emergency services, including a swift and affordable effective referral system
Skills and Competencies
Displays cultural, gender, religion, race, nationality and age sensitivity and adaptability
Ability to organize a health services in which increased access, availability of, quality health care to the population in the remote places.
Focuses on result for the client and responds positively to feedback
