Responsibility
- Take customers' food and beverage orders.
- Suggest appetizers and meals to customers based on the menu and specials and try to up-sell.
- Ensure that all orders are accurate and brought to each table timely.
- Assist in setting tables and rearranging tables to accommodate larger parties.
- Work closely with restaurant management to immediately address all customer concerns and create a pleasant dining experience.
- Observes guests and ensure their satisfaction with quality foods and best possible services.
- Any other jobs as per requirement.
- Coordinate with Junior Waiters, kitchen staffs, cleaners and guards to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction.
