Job Description

Job Context:

  • Grand Group is a growing multi-property hospitality network in Chattogram managing a total portfolio of 84 Rooms/keys and a 160 seated women Hostel . As part of our centralized expansion, we are launching a unified Centralized Sales & Marketing Unit (CSMU) to manage our brand footprints across four group properties. 
  • We are seeking a highly creative, data-driven, and technical Digital Marketing Executive to manage our social media ecosystems, execute performance ad campaigns, optimize online distribution channels, and assist the Centralized Sales & Marketing Manager in hitting our 90% group-wide occupancy target.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performance Advertising: Design, launch, and monitor hyper-targeted Facebook, Instagram, and Google ad campaigns. Execute a local student/parent recruitment funnel via social media to keep the 160 seats at the Green Home Women Hostel at 100% capacity.
  • OTA Channel Optimization: Manage real-time room inventories, property profiles, images, and pricing algorithms across major Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) including Booking.com, Agoda, and Expedia for all three hotel properties.
  • Content Creation & Social Media Management: Maintain full operational custody over the official social media handles of all four establishments. Draft high-conversion ad copy, script engaging short-form video reels, and coordinate with graphics personnel.
  • Lead Generation & Conversion: Run real-time performance ads to capture premium B2B corporate inquiries for GEC and Agrabad hotel transits. Respond immediately to incoming digital messages to secure direct bookings.
  • Data Analytics Reporting: Track cost-per-click (CPC), return on ad spend (ROAS), and direct message conversion ratios. Provide clean weekly traffic analytics dashboards directly to the Centralized Sales & Marketing Manager and the GGM.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Proven Performance Marketing Track Record: Minimum 2 to 4 years of active experience running Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Business Suite Manager and Google Ads. Direct experience in hospitality, student housing, or real estate performance marketing is highly valued.
  • OTA Portal Mastery: Hands-on operational experience handling OTA extranets (Agoda, Booking.com) and managing central Channel Manager software to update room rates dynamically.
  • Analytical Skill Set: Ability to read digital ad metrics, optimize lookalike/custom audiences, and minimize user acquisition costs across different brand segments.
  • Reporting Accountability: Must report directly to the Centralized Sales & Marketing Manager. Position operates out of the centralized GEC corporate desk, completely isolated from local property desks.
