Grand Park Hotel Group is launching a high-performance Centralized Sales & Marketing Unit (CSMU) to manage the corporate revenue channels, institutional B2B contracts, and digital brand footprints of a diversified 84rooms and 106 seated Hostel, hospitality group in Chattogram.
The centralized portfolio includes: Grand Park Hotel (38 Rooms - GEC), Hotel Grand Sunshine (23 Rooms - Agrabad), Grand Imperial Hotel (23 Rooms - wasa Circle), and Green Home Women Hostel (160 seats - Khulsi). We are seeking an aggressive, corporate-connected Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our consolidated sales force and scale group-wide occupancy to a 90% target.
Mandatory Requirements:
High Corporate Linked-Up: Must possess a verified, active database of premium B2B corporate clients, multinational companies, garment buying houses, airlines, and commercial banks across Dhaka and Chittogram.
Target-Driven Occupancy Scaling: Proven track record of executing aggressive volume-based sales pipelines to scale multi-property operations from a baseline to a strict 90% group-wide target occupancy.
Multi-Asset Portfolio Management: Absolute capability to simultaneously manage and drive the distinct sales funnels for 3 Hotels and 1 Female Student Hostel (104 total rooms/keys), balancing luxury corporate hotel contracting with high-volume digital performance marketing for student intake.
Independent Board Accountability & Data Firewall: Must operate under a strict dual-reporting firewall, remaining completely isolated from local property desks. Responsible for delivering unalterable, system-driven weekly revenue analytics and Cloud PMS tracking data directly to the Board of Directors` smartphones.
Key Responsibilities:
Corporate B2B Hunting: Secure bulk room-night contracts, executive transit deals, and corporate conference bookings from MNCs, banks, shipping firms, and garment buying houses across Agrabad and GEC Circle.
Team Leadership: Directly manage, mentor, and track the daily sales targets of a 4-person executive sales force consisting of two (2) Chattogram Corporate Sales Executives, one (1) Dhaka Corporate Sales Executive, and one (1) Digital Marketing Executive.
Dhaka Market Exploitation: Direct the Dhaka-based Sales Executive to pitch directly to the Head Offices of corporations, airlines, and travel agencies whose executives frequently travel to Chattogram.
Centralized Cross-Promotion: Implement an optimized cross-promotional funnel—leverage GEC transit clients for the Agrabad luxury hotel branch and deploy digital performance marketing to systematically fill the Khulsi female student hostel.
Budget Management: Strategically deploy and track a dedicated monthly advertising and production budget of BDT 3,00,000 to BDT 4,00,00,000, billed pro-rata to establishments based on revenue weights.
