RDRS Bangladesh is inviting applications to fill the position of Technical Officer, Water and Sanitation for Rural Poor of Northern Bangladesh Project under Micro finance Program.Water & Sanitation for Rural Poor of Northern Bangladesh Project. check all RDRS Jobs Circular in our website.

• Responsible for day to day coordination with the branch level staff for update information.
• Inspects and reports on field level WASH products that meet the high-quality standards and propose corrective actions where necessary.
• Attend client training of the project in order to monitor the process, necessary feedback for further improvement in consultation with the Project Coordinator (if needed).
• Provide technical support for site selection and identification of quality materials and construction of water and sanitation options at branch level.
• Household visit, attend MF group sessions and provide necessary technical support.
• Ensure Water Quality Testing (WQT) as per project targets and necessary measures on the basis of testing results.
• Develop, design & estimation for water and sanitation products as per requirement of Water Credit borrower.
• Necessary supports to organize different planned events like day observance, cultural events, school awareness and others.
• Frequent field visit and provides support and guidance to the beneficiaries and assists in resolving site problems, as necessary.
• Maintain records; compile periodic reports and any specific reports required by donor and organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the authority.

Working experience in any reputed NGO as same position under WASH (Water & Sanitation) project. Computer: Sound Knowledge on Microsoft Office Software Package. Good Communication skills both in writing and speaking.
