RDRS Senior Auditor

Job Description / Responsibility

• Carry out all assigned jobs in regards to Internal Audit of the organization;
• Make monthly visits to all RDRS Project;
• Proper documentation of audit evidences;
• Carry out random checks of accounting / bookkeeping documents (financial transactions) to determination and authentication of accuracy of accounts;
• Take necessary action by the management where errors, frauds and misappropriation are detected;
• Visit schemes / bilateral programs which involve to Organization's resources;
• Ensure public/local laws (Tax, VAT, etc.) and various provisions are enumerated in the RDRS Manuals (Personnel, Operational, Microfinance, Book-keeping and Accounting) have been complied with;
• Carry out random checking of stores in different RDRS offices;
• Perform in accordance with audit program;
• Carry out random checking of Organizations Fixed Assets and Properties;
• Submit reports of visits;
• Carry out random visit of RDRS Microfinance program at Thana / Upazila/ District level to detect errors, fraud and misappropriation and whether the policy and procedures are properly followed;
• Fulfill such other function as may be assigned by RDRS Management.
