Job Description

Job Purpose

To design intuitive, customer-centric user interfaces and experiences for the Bank's digital banking products, ensuring designs align with brand guidelines, usability best practices, and evolving customer needs.

Functional Responsibilities

UI/UX Design & Product Experience: Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for digital banking products, websites, and mobile applications. Support the end-to-end design process from concept through final handoff for development.

User Research & Experience Insights: Conduct user research, usability testing, and customer journey mapping to inform design decisions and improve customer experience. Test and iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, usability findings, and A/B testing results.

Design Governance & Consistency: Ensure design consistency and adherence to the Bank’s guidelines, accessibility standards, and approved design system. Create and maintain design assets, style guides, component libraries, and reusable UI patterns for digital products.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Stay updated on UI/UX design trends, tools, technologies, and best practices within digital banking and fintech. Recommend design improvements and innovative user experience solutions to enhance product usability, engagement, and digital adoption.
