Job Description

Drive achievement of sales targets and revenue goals for retail products (loans, deposits, cards, etc.).
Develop and execute the sales strategy and annual sales plan aligned with bank objectives.
Lead, structure and deploy the sales force to ensure effective market coverage across regions and segments.
Coach, mentor and supervise sales teams through field visits, performance reviews and training.
Coordinate with Marketing, Product, Operations, Credit and Pre-Assessment units to ensure seamless execution.
Monitor sales performance, analyze trends and submit reports to senior management.
Plan and implement sales campaigns, promotions and distribution initiatives.
Ensure compliance with credit evaluation, documentation and ethical sales standards.
Oversee collection and verification of customer documentation to ensure application quality.
Build and expand customer relationships while leveraging existing portfolios.
Handle additional business development initiatives as assigned by Management.
