Job Description

Averroes International School Lalmatia is looking for responsible, motivated, and experienced professionals to join our Administration team for the following positions:

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and monitor day-to-day logistics and operational activities.
Maintain proper records of inventory, supplies, equipment, and logistics-related documents.
Coordinate the movement, delivery, receiving, and distribution of materials.
Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and relevant departments for logistics requirements.
Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of necessary items.
Assist in transportation, event, campus, and operational logistics as required.
Ensure proper documentation and reporting of logistics activities.
Perform any other duties assigned by the management.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a school or corporate environment.Good organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in MS Office and basic documentation/reporting.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities.Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to work.
