The school is seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organised professional for the position of Academic Data Analyst to support academic quality assurance, institutional performance monitoring, and data-driven educational decision-making.
Job Responsibilities
- Collect, organise, and analyse academic and assessment-related data
- Prepare examination analysis reports, student performance summaries, and academic dashboards
- Monitor academic trends, student progress, attendance, and performance indicators
- Support academic quality assurance and institutional improvement initiatives
- Generate data-driven insights to support management decision-making
- Assist in preparing result analysis, KPI reports, and departmental performance reviews
- Work closely with Academic Coordinators, Examination Officers, and Management
- Maintain digital academic records and reporting systems
- Identify learning gaps and support intervention planning through data analysis
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality of institutional data
- Prepare presentations and analytical reports for leadership meetings and academic reviews
Experience RequirementsMinimum 3–5 years of experience in academic reporting, educational data management, assessment analysis, or institutional performance monitoringExperience in English Medium / International Schools preferredAdditional RequirementsStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data reporting toolsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to interpret academic performance data and generate meaningful insightsExperience in examination analysis, grading systems, and student performance trackingStrong organisational and documentation skillsAbility to prepare reports, charts, dashboards, and academic summariesKnowledge of Cambridge / Pearson Edexcel assessment systems will be an advantageHigh attention to detail and accuracyExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality and professionalismCommitment to institutional excellence and continuous improvement
