We are looking for qualified and experienced candidates for the position of Senior Manager, Cards, Consumer & SME Banking.

Job Grade: FAVP – AVP

Key Responsibilities:

Drive the strategic direction, development, and performance of the bank’s card products and portfolio.
Lead the design and delivery of innovative, customer-centric propositions while maximizing profitability across the card lifecycle.
Align cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution, operational efficiency, and sustained business growth within the card business.

Job Requirements

Age At least 32 years Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in banking, with proven experience in credit card/product management, portfolio management, team management, and business execution.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Strong understanding of card products, portfolio management, and profitability drivers.Ability to develop and execute business strategies, campaigns, and customer propositions.Strong project management and execution capabilities.Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to effectively coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.Strong customer-centric mindset with a focus on innovation and sustainable business growth.
