Assistant Officer/Officer, Retail Underwriting, Credit & Collection Division

• Assess retail loan applications as per Guidelines, SOP & Bangladesh Bank regulations

• Review lending proposal, and recommend whether the applications to be granted, and to conduct thorough analysis related to retail loan applications and review as required

• Deliver best effort in maintaining turnaround time & Service Level Agreement

• Identify good borrowers for the Bank which directly contributes in interest income & revenue generation

• Analyze & evaluate the credit worthiness of borrower

• Cross check & verify the authenticity of the related documents & other contact point information

Education:4 years of Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in any subject from any reputed university is requiredTechnical & Behavioral Skills:Very good knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Power point, Word, and familiarity with other database management software is preferableStrong written and verbal communication skills in both Bangla & EnglishStrong knowledge on Bangladesh Bank regulationStrong interpersonal and stakeholder management
