Job Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective Islamic Banking customers.
Acquire new customers and ensure significant growth in deposits, investments and other Shariah-compliant banking business.
Identify customer needs and offer appropriate Islamic banking products and financial solutions.
Achieve assigned business, investment, deposit and revenue targets.
Prepare and process customer proposals in coordination with relevant business and support units.
Monitor customer relationships, portfolio quality, repayment performance and overall business potential.
Ensure compliance with the Bank’s policies, Bangladesh Bank regulations, KYC/AML requirements and Shariah principles.
Conduct market visits and business development activities to generate new opportunities.
Provide high-quality service and ensure long-term customer retention.

Job Requirements

Age Limit: Maximum 40 years as on 30/09/2026Experience & ExpertiseMinimum 4–7 years of Islamic Banking experience in Relationship Management, Investment, General Banking Corporate/SME Banking, Retail Banking, etc.Candidates with an established customer portfolio and proven business-development record will receive preference.General Requirements:Strong understanding of Islamic Banking principles and Shariah-compliant deposit & investment Products.Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical and relationship-management skills.Strong business acumen with a target-oriented mindset.Ability to work independently as well as in a team.Proficiency in MS Office and modern digital banking technologies.Willingness to travel and undertake field/business development activities as required.Candidates with Islamic Banking experience in reputed commercial bank will be preferred.
