Age At most 55 years At least 20 years’ banking experience in reputed commercial bank(s) of which, minimum two (2) year experience in the position of SEVP, with a unique blend of professional exposure in all areas of Banking including Corporate Credit/SME business/Retail business/Foreign Trade/Core Risk Management/ Operations/ICCD/Recovery etc.Capable of managing and leading large business team to mobilize business, ensure asset quality, maintain productive customer relationship and catering to the growing and diverse needs of the business segments.Proficiency in developing business strategies and there implementation plan to ensure sustainable business and profit growth in line with the business strategies, targets and objectives of the Bank.Should have very good rapport with the leading business community, excellent knowledge of market economy, corporate business/MSME business, regulatory requirements and compliance issues.Developing and implementing strategies to improve operational excellence and to provide advice and guidelines on all aspects of organizational developments and goals.Age: Maximum 55 (fifty five) years as on last date of application. Skills and Competencies:Strong ethical standards and integrity.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work effectively with regulatory bodies and the Board.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
