Job Description

Ensure smooth and efficient management of day-to-day branch operations in compliance with Bangladesh Bank guidelines, Bank policies, and internal control procedures.
Supervise and monitor all operational activities of the branch, including account opening, clearing, cash management, remittance, inward/outward transactions, and customer service operations.
Ensure proper compliance with KYC, AML/CFT, regulatory requirements, and internal audit observations through effective monitoring and control.
Review and authorize operational transactions, vouchers, and documents within the delegated authority while ensuring accuracy and risk mitigation.
Manage and guide branch operations staff, allocate duties effectively, and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Ensure maintenance of proper documentation, record keeping, and safe custody of important documents in accordance with Bank policies.
Identify operational risks and implement appropriate control measures to enhance service quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Age 20 to 50 years Candidates having a break in services need not apply Sound knowledge of MS Package - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Must be a confident communicator and presenter. Have a full understanding of media needs and media relationships. Possess the ability to keep information confidential. Should have a wide degree of creativity.
