ONE Banks recruiting Agency CONQUEST is seeking 100+ Trainee Sales Officers (TSO-TLs) to join their dynamic team! We offer a *comprehensive training program* and the opportunity to sell a variety of *retail, Liability, Credit Card & Islamic banking products*

Job Context

Target oriented Job and Responsible for selling retail, Liability, Credit Card & Islamic banking Products of ONE Bank PLC under Retail, Retail Liability, Credit Cards and Islamic Banking Division.

We are looking for Trainee Sales Officer to SSO/TL for deploying at ONE Bank Limited

Direct Selling & marketing products through at Customer Points. Preferable for All Banking Products, as Retail, Liability, Credit Cards, Islamic Banking and SME products.

Employment Status: Full-time, Contractual but continue with hearted responsibility up to 2 years for permanent.

Job Responsibilities

To achieve individual monthly sales target set by the management.
Ensuring client calls, keeping visit details and collecting required
information and documents from prospective customers.
Creating, building and maintaining sustainable relationship
with new clients by offering proper products and services.
Ensuring KYC and genuineness of all documents collected from the clients.
Preparing call report on daily, weekly & monthly basis.
Ensuring strict compliance of OBL's rules, regulations and HR
policies.
Ensuring service excellence to the clients while providing
services.

Job Requirements

Ability / willingness to Direct Sales Banking Products (All Sorts of Banking Products for Direct Sales). Ability to sell Retail, Liability (Opening different types of CASA Deposit Accounts, Scheme Deposits and booking Term Deposits etc.), Credit Cards, Islamic Banking and SME products.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong work ethic and a dedication to customer service.Eagerness to learn and develop sales skills. Additional Requirements No prior experience required! We’re looking for individuals with a *hunger to learn* and a *desire to succeed*. Willingness develop career in direct Banking all product sales Ability / willingness to Direct Sales Banking Products (All Sorts of Banking Products for Direct Sales).Good communication and presentation skills Excellent negotiation and Direct selling skills. Direct Sales, Corporate Sales, Tele Marketing,& Call Center Direct Selling through at Customer Points of Retail, Liability, Asset Marketing, Credit Card, Islamic Banking and SME products.Direct Sales experience in similar areas will be treated as an added advantage.
