Relationship Manager - Corporate Advisory

• Assist companies in raising capital through debt (Corporate bond, Zero Coupon equity financing (IPO, Right Share) including preparing memorandum, identifying potential investors and negotiating terms.
• Provide advice on a range of financial matters, such as restructuring, valuation, capital allocation and shareholder’s value optimization.
• Communicate with the regulatory authorities, various stakeholders and investors to provide updates on corporate initiatives and seek input on strategic decisions.
• Advise on potential mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures; including financial modeling and deal structuring.
• Meet with both potential and current corporate clients to understand their financial goals and needs. Provide personalized advice on investment strategies and financial solutions.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis of companies, industries and markets to provide insights and recommendations for corporate decision making.
• Look for new business opportunities and prepare proposals to attract new clients.
• Any other investment banking related tasks as assigned by the management.
