Dhaka Ahsania Mission (DAM) invites applications for the following positions under the Economic Acceleration and Resilience for NEET (EARN) Project. The positions will support field implementation, training, employment and enterprise pathways, community engagement, inclusion, monitoring, finance, procurement and project administration.
Job Location: Mymensingh District: VLTCs at Unions of Baluka, Dhobaura, Fulbaria, Gafargaon, Gouripur, Ishwarganj, Mymensingh Sadar, Nandail, Fulpur and Tarakanda Upazila
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver SEB modules: communication, teamwork, confidence, mindset, financial literacy.
- Facilitate interactive sessions, role plays, and group activities.
- Develop trainees' soft skills and workplace behavior.
- Track trainee participation and behavioral improvement.
- Support job readiness (CV, interview skills).
- Maintain attendance and session records.
- Integrate gender, inclusion, and safeguarding messages.
- Coordinate with technical trainers and placement team.
- Deliver entrepreneurship training sessions.
- Guide trainees in developing business plans.
- Provide knowledge on financial literacy and market linkage.
- Support small business startup ideas.
- Facilitate access to local markets and resources.
- Mentor trainees interested in self-employment.
- Track enterprise progress and update MIS.
- Coordinate with Enterprise Development Officer.
