Job Description

Job Context

The role is primarily responsible for the sales acquisition & success and delivery of target monthly, quarterly and yearly basis as per the Asset products acquisition plan. To ensure business sources and customer experience, they need to keep in touch with customers vigorously. They also need to ensure compliance with Bank’s internal and regulatory guidelines which executing business needs.

Job Responsibilities

· Generate Home Loan, Auto Loan, and Personal Loan business from Employee Banking partner companies as well as other potential organizations and customer segments.

· Cross-sell and bundle Bancassurance products with loan propositions, where applicable.

· Generate Credit Card business from existing and prospective customers.

· Achieve assigned loan, Bancassurance, and credit card sales targets within the stipulated time frame.

· Acquire new customers to achieve individual business targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis as assigned by the respective Line Manager.

· Prepare call report on daily, weekly & monthly basis and submit regularly to line manager.

· Mandatory visit to customer’s locations for collection of loan files and all required supporting documents.

· Maintain and develop relationships with potential as well as existing customers.

· Listen to customer requirements and presenting appropriate product to make a sale.

· Handle any inquiries related to new clients.

· Ensure proper services are provided as per bank policy to each customer they are dealing with.

· Act as a contact point between potential customer & Bank.

· Collect and complete application form with relevant documents from prospective clients properly.

· Ensure authentication of those documents and meet regulatory compliance standards.

Job Requirements

Minimum 1 year in relevant sales experience.Proper knowledge about Retail Banking asset products.Good sense of Negotiation and Persuasion.Good at maintaining contacts and networking
