Auxiliary Nurse

Job Context:

Ispahani Islamia Eye Institute and Hospital (IIEI&H), a leading institution in advanced eye care in Bangladesh, invites applications for the position of  Auxiliary Nurse. The selected candidate will contribute to delivering high-quality nursing and patient care services. The role involves assisting in ophthalmic procedures, ensuring patient comfort and hygiene, preparing patients and equipment for examinations and surgeries, and supporting the smooth operation of both outpatient and inpatient eye care services.

Major Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in a compassionate and timely manner.

• Administer medications, maintain patient records, and monitor vital signs.

• Collaborate with the healthcare team to plan and implement patient care plans.

• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and preventative care.

• Participate in continuous education to improve nursing skills and knowledge.

• Ensure adherence to hospital policies and patient safety standards.

• Any additional responsibilities designated by the management.

The ideal candidates should have:

• Must be registered under the Bangladesh Nursing and Midwifery Council.

• Commitment to providing high-quality, empathetic care.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
