Inventory Management
Analyze stock in hand and forecast requirements based on daily and monthly consumption.
Monitor stock movement trends to ensure timely availability of products.
Ensure accurate stock reconciliation including receiving, issuance, movement, return, and transfer.
Monitor and ensure monthly cycle counting and support annual external audits.
Stock Receiving & Issuance
Oversee smooth receiving of products from suppliers/vendors.
Check product quality, batch, and expiry dates through random sampling at the time of receipt.
Ensure proper issuance of products to internal users by type and quantity, maintaining detailed records.
Manage internal transfers as per operational requirements and update daily transfer registers.
Documentation & System Updates
Prepare and maintain Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) in SAP and register books.
Receive and update courier service documents and maintain relevant registers.
Keep accurate documentation and information from suppliers/vendors.
Prepare month-end inventory reports and submit to line management.
Product Returns & Complaints
Handle complaints and faulty products received from users.
Coordinate with suppliers/vendors for replacement or corrective action.
Storage & Space Utilization
Allocate storage space efficiently to ensure 100% capacity utilization.
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper storage conditions for all items in the store.
Coordination & Stakeholder Management
Maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
Support continuity of operations by resolving issues related to store management.
Age 26 to 32 years Bachelor degree preferably Supply Chain Management/ Business Administration (Accounting)/ Logistics/ Finance etc. At least 01 (one) year of practical working experience
