Job Description

Job Context: Mutual Trust Bank PLC (MTB) is seeking a detail-oriented professional for the position of Associate – MIS, SME Collection & Monitoring Department. The role will be responsible for maintaining departmental MIS, preparing regular and ad hoc reports, analyzing data, and supporting management decision-making through timely and accurate reporting.

Responsibilities:

Maintain and update the department's MIS, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc MIS reports.
Develop professional PowerPoint presentations for management and business reviews.
Collect, compile, and analyze data to support business decision-making.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting while maintaining proper documentation.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support reporting requirements.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Department Head.

Job Requirements

Strong analytical, data interpretation, and attention-to-detail skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.Good communication, coordination, documentation, and presentation skills.Ability to manage multiple reporting requirements, maintain accuracy, and meet stipulated timelines.Ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and support reporting requirements.
