Job Description / Responsibility

Supervise drivers and fleet including planning, vehicle assignment, maintain cleaning standard
Prepare and maintain movement plan for staffs
Organize premises cleaning and office decoration as per RI standard
Conduct regular meeting with drivers and keep update all the SOP
Repair maintenance - assess repairing need and organize regular maintenance
Manage staff transportation
Asset management - asset tagging, updating asset movement, documentation
Utility and energy management - pay the bills, track recurring payments
Fleet and fuel management including fleet documentation tracker, servicing board, fuel issuance documentation. Ensure all vehicle are fit for driving.
