• Manage and operate the chemical lab.

• New chemical source development.

• Own Fastener phosphating and electroplating process.

• Work with all the chemicals of fastener manufacturing plant.

• Fastener Coating Quality improvement.

• Fastener phospating quality improvement.

• Regular troubleshooting works of coating and phosphating process.

• Cost optimization of coating and phosphating line.

• Coated Fastener standardization.

• SOP make and review of Fastener coating process and phosphating process.

• Any task assigned by superior.

Age 22 to 32 years Should have good knowledge on Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.Good communication skill.Hard worker.
